Our kitchen

Our concept is simple: the best seasonal ingredients from the kitchen cupboard to the plate, combining classics with interesting selections of Old-World wines in your glass. We are always looking for the best way to serve each seasons (we think there isn’t just 4 but 6 seasons in Finland) ingredients to memorable and enjoyable dishes.

We are only using finnish meat, sustainably sourced fish and seafood. During the warmer months of the year, from early spring to late autumn our menu’s are packed with seasonal, local vegetables from vegetable farms and local forests. We are also working closely with local, small farmers to make sure we are serving only the best ingredients possible.

Behind Vintero lies a small family-owned business fuelled by a shared passion for food, drinks, and hospitality. We strive to create an inviting bistro here in Vantaa, offering uncomplicated service and exceptional culinary experiences.

All are welcome, from our youngest diners to beloved furry companions, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. Discover our sister restaurant, Armiina located in Vuosaari, Helsinki, sharing the same spirit of warmth and hospitality.

Reservations

Just as you would for dinner, we recommend making a reservation for lunch as well. You can easily reserve a table for 1 – 8 people through our online booking system. For larger groups, please contact us via email at info@vintero.fi.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance when making your reservation. Our five-course kitchen menu can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, or red meat-free preferences when notified ahead of time. For more serious or specific dietary restrictions, please contact the restaurant via email before making your reservation.
